particular purpose, and non INFRINGEMENT. No agent or representative of SELLER shall be
authorized to make any additional representations or warranties, unless in writing and made
part of these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of sale.

BUYER(S) shall accept furniture ‘As Is’ and acknowledge that SELLER is giving
no express or implied warranties.

SELLER and BROKER shall have no obligation or liability to BUYER(S)
for repair or replacement of any said furniture.

SELLER AND BROKER ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY
